recover

Things I will do this weekend to recover my mental health

1. Download some poxy guided meditation tracks

2. Watch at one trashy four hour mini series without moving from the couch

3. Buy a bottle of expensive smelly stuff and have a bath so hot it almost makes me faint.

4. Crochet that scarf I've been meaning to make

5. Make cookies

6. Write lists until I feel like things are a little more under control.

Writing lists sure gives us that illusion of control. So go for it. I have turned into a total control freak since IF. My therapist says it's because I'm exerting control wherever I can because otherwise, I have NO control. Cheerful.
